Also it works out your shoulders, arms and lower back – we all felt it in these areas in some varying form. I managed to get the technique– The aim being not to move your hips at all and keep a straight line. More difficult than it looks and no one could go all the way down and back up again, you need some amazing core strength for that! Coach Gio Crossfit certified coach
